Thank you for your insight, and expertise within our new ventures into real-estate!!!

I pulled the trigger today at auction and found a unique house in great condition with some of the extras that make it stand out.

Granite countertops nice cabinets, tile throughout, tiled bathrooms, Corner lot nice neighborhood, etc. Someone paid a bit for the upgrades which make this property stand out from the rest.

This was mortgaged for 220k in 2006 and I just picked it up for 53,600 — I feel that a 5 day sale will be coming soon!!! Will get title on the 27th.

If I can turn this for 75k to 80k I will be ecstatic!!!

Thanks for all that you do and appreciate all of the education that my Son Andrew and I gained in your Seminar ñ Information is power and I intend to use it!!!

Chances are good that even if you ARE living under a rock, you’ve heard about the foreclosure epidemic we are facing in this country. Whether you turn on your television, pick up a newspaper or magazine, there is some new startling statistic on a daily basis. The media perpetuates the panic over housing every day. If you DON’T live under a rock, you are tempted to move there to escape the madness!

Whether you are a homeowner or an investor, you are affected by the foreclosure epidemic. Buyers who have been sitting on the fence waiting for the “discounted” foreclosed properties are finding that traditional financing as virtually dried up. The lenders are getting bailed out by our tax dollars and are now hoarding the money to offset bad loans that they have already made.
